Acquisitions — Onset acquired CMR Communications, a real-time Internet messaging technology developer, in September 2000. Onset acquired Wireless Onramp, an enterprise software company enabling wireless access to corporate information systems, in October, 2002. Onset acquired MessageVine, a leading provider of mobile instant messaging and presence solutions for mobile operators, service providers and enterprises, in May, 2006.
