Management

Mr. Kaminer joined Onset Technology in July 2007. In this role, he provides the overall strategic guidance for Onset Technology. With 25 years of experience in Hi-Tech, management and operations, Mr. Kaminer brings a wealth of U.S. and international experience to the company. Prior to joining Onset Technology, Mr. Kaminer held several key management positions at Orbotech Ltd. Most recent one was General Manager, Orbotech Korea. Prior to his work in Korea, Mr. Kaminer managed a number of Orbotech offices in the US and Europe. Orbotech is a world leader in inspection and imaging solutions for the flat-panel display, printed circuit board and assembled boards industries. Before joining Orbotech, Mr. Kaminer served as an R&D engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Kaminer graduated from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business Senior Executive Program.

Mr. Avner was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Onset Technology in 2005 and is responsible for managing the company's financial, accounting, legal and operations activities worldwide. Mr. Avner brings to Onset Technology a rich professional and academic background in all these areas. Prior to joining Onset Technology, Mr. Avner served as the financial controller of IP Planet Network, a communications company that provides Internet backbone connectivity over Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) satellites, where he participated in the merger with Gilat Satcom and in the IPO processes of the merged entity in the AIM Stock Exchange. Previously, Mr. Avner served as a manager in the high-tech practice at Ernst & Young, taking part in numerous IPO’s on the NASDAQ and Tel Aviv stock exchanges. He also participated in international tax planning, economic consulting, and financial statement compilations. Mr. Avner holds a BA in Accounting and Business Management from the Business Management College in Tel Aviv and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Silbinger is responsible for leading Onset's worldwide business development and strategic marketing initiatives. He has over fifteen years of experience in product management and marketing and business development at leading global companies including Comverse Inc. (NSDQ: CMVT), where he led worldwide mobile applications marketing and business development activities with handset manufacturers and system integrators. He was the founder and CTO of Ezaro and held senior management positions at Gilat, Barak013, and Tadiran Communications. Zack served in the Israeli Defense Force "Mamram" elite computers unit and holds a bachelor's degree in computers and information science from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA degree from Bradford University.

Mr. Vered is responsible for leading and managing the development of software that has helped Onset Technology become a world leader in Emergency Communications smartphone-based applications in the mobile communication market. His teams create software ranging from smartphone-exclusive communications solutions, large-deployment management solutions, and enrichment clients for smartphone users. Mr. Vered joined Onset after its acquisition of CMR Communications. Prior to joining Onset, he was the founder and chief technology officer of CMR. Mr. Vered has over 20 years of technical experience in hardware and software, mainly in the area of mobile applications, client-server solutions, computerized fax, voice and telex systems

Mr. Corr is responsible for leading Onset's worldwide sales efforts with offices in NY, MA, DC and CA. He spent 7 years in telecommunications sales and management beginning with Nextel Communications and T-Mobile where he was a Winner’s Circle recipient for Sales management. He was the Co-founder and President of CPR Telecommunications in NY which provided communications solutions to NY businesses. Patrick joined Onset with sales responsibilities for the Northeast United States. He was named Vice President of Sales in July of 2008.
